Here we have an exquisite spalted maple slab perched atop a custom fabricated base. The base is made from laser cut plate steel and designed to look like the trunk and roots of a tree. The epoxy encased areas have a light black tint and there are several gold fleck accents throughout the slab to give it an elegant look and feel. As with many of our pieces we pay careful attention to hide any hardware to give a clean and refined finished product.
