This is the first of a set of four small but stunning slabs from a of 100+ year old pear tree that Tom Mailloux used to swing from as a child. Salvaged and air dried for 12 year, this pear wood is very unique and rare in this size. The rot area of the slab was filled with clear EcoPoxy resin to preserve it’s beauty while increasing the usability of the surface.
