This salvaged Cast Iron Preston machine base was headed for metal scrap.  It is the perfect large table base for a larger home or commercial environment like a winery or distillery.   It is 29" tall and the rectangular base is 28" x 33".  The upper cantilevered portion is 16" x 63" and is roughly estimated to weigh 550lbs.  A little restoration and this beast will make an amazing offset cantilevered table.  This base could hold a 10-12 foot long solid wood table top.
